RETURN & REFUND POLICY
DivesMed takes quality extremely seriously. Our commitment to our customers is to provide only the best possible products. Furthermore, we want our customers to feel completely secure and satisfied with their purchases. That's why we proudly offer a comprehensive 30-day return warranty. This warranty guarantees that any defective products can be returned or compensated within 30 days. Defects can include poor materials, noticeable color differences, or significant deviations from the product's advertised appearance.
Please be advised that a triumphant return of the Goods is contingent upon their original condition upon receipt. This entails the inclusion of all relevant documentation, packaging, and instructions. Any form of damage or alteration to the Goods will result in their disqualification for a refund. We strongly urge you to exercise reasonable care over the purchased Goods while they are in your possession. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with these guidelines. Please note that all promotional products, including free samples and gift with purchases, must be returned.

We appreciate your concern about your return. However, to ensure a hassle-free return process, it is mandatory for all customers to request a return label and instructions before sending their package back to us. This is crucial to keep track of returns and expedite the refund or exchange process. DivesMed does not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material
purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service
will be corrected. Any claims in regard of quality should be sent directly to the manufacturer.
DivesMed is not responsible for errors in delivery where the delivery address provided by the customer is wrong or where the customer has made changes during transit. The cost of delivery and 15% restocking fee will be charged if the address was not correctly indicated. We're sorry, but we cannot refund shipping costs or provide reshipment for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to our warehouse as undeliverable. If tracking shows your package is sent back to us as undeliverable, send us a message - we can refund the order total, minus shipping, either as a store credit or directly back to your payment method. It is unfortunately not possible to pick up orders in our warehouse.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Please note that certain products, such as items that require temperature control, professional-use items like peeling and fillers, skin boosters, toxins, and personal care goods (including beauty products), cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
To expedite the exchange process, return the item in question first and then proceed to make a separate purchase for the desired item once the return has been approved.
EUROPEAN UNION
For customers who have received merchandise within the European Union, it is within your rights to cancel or return your order within a period of 14 days without being required to provide a reason. However, in order to do so, the item must remain in its original condition as when it was received, which includes being unworn or unopened with all tags intact and the item in its original packaging. Additionally, documentation such as the receipt or proof of purchase must also be provided.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
